Jan. 17 Launches Mayor's First Night Out for 2013
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (January 11, 2013) – The city of St. Petersburg has announced 2013 dates for its popular Mayor’s Night Out program. The first Mayor’s Night Out will be held on Thursday, January 17, at the J.W. Cate Center, 5801 22nd Ave. N. Mayor’s Night Out begins at 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.stpete.org/MayorsNightOut.
Mayor’s Night Out is held in each of the eight Council districts and gives residents an opportunity for one-stop shopping of information, city personnel, including Mayor Foster, and city services, regardless of where they live in the city. Mayor Foster and city staff will be available to listen to residents, answer questions and address concerns about city issues beginning at 6 p.m. on the following dates:
January 17 - J.W. Cate Center – 5801 22nd Ave. N.
February 7 – Willis S. Johns Center – 6635 Dr. M.L. King Jr. St. N.
March 14 – Shore Acres Center – 4230 Shore Acres Blvd. N.E.
April 11 – Museum of Fine Arts – 255 Beach Dr. N.E.
July 18 – Bay Vista Center – 7000 Fourth St. S.
August 8 – Campbell Park Center – 601 14th St. S.
September 5 – Childs Park Center – 4301 13th Ave. S.
October 10 – Gladden Park Center – 3901 30th Ave. N.
Mayor Foster also hosts Breakfast with the Mayor for those unable to attend Mayor’s Night Out. Breakfast With the Mayor is held monthly at 7 a.m. on every fourth Wednesday at area restaurants. For dates and locations, visit www.stpete.org/BreakfastWithMayor.
