Murals for Mutts donates $500 and surprise portrait
Last weekend’s Party for the Paws! at Ferg's Sports Bar and Grill hosted more than 300 people in support of Pet Pal Animal Shelter (PPAS). Guests got a chance to meet Lotus,
the recovering Pit Bull Puppy found in a St. Pete Canal. A total of $2500 was raised for PPAS’s Emergency Medical Fund that will help save more animals' lives. Anna Hamilton, Murals for Mutts Creative Director and mural artist was there to present the first donation from money raised through pet portraits on the St. Pete Pet Project. Murals for Mutts donated $500 to Pet Pal Animal Shelter at the event. Anna also surprised Scott Daly, Executive Director, PPAS, with a portrait of Lotus on the mural.
