1. Warped Tour
At the Vinoy Park this Sunday, thousands of rock fans will be jamming out at the annual Vans Warped Tour. This year's bands include New Found Glory, Taking Back Sunday, Breathe Carolina, All Time Low, Bayside, Streetlight Manifesto, We The Kings, Yellowcard, Machine Gun Kelly, Of Mice and Men, Man Overboard, Memphis May Fire, and I Fight Dragons. Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and the festival runs until 11 p.m. Tickets are $45.
2. Antiwarpt Music Festival
The day before the national punk music festival goes on at Vinoy Park, the local music scene takes over other parts of downtown St. Petersburg on Saturday. In its third year, the Antiwarpt Music Festival will be held at 10 downtown St. Petersburg venues. More than 70 artists are featured. Tickets are $20 early bird, $25 advance, and $30 and are available at www.antiwarpt.com. The festival is from 3 p.m. - 3 a.m.
3. Tampa Bay Rowdies
Head to downtown St. Petersburg Saturday night at Al Lang Field to watch your hometown Tampa Bay Rowdies take on FC Edmonton. The match begins at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $12. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Al Lang box office.
4. Foam Party at Jannus
That's right, foam parties are back at Jannus Live. On Friday night, Jannus Live presents a foam party of rap music with the group Travis Porter and guests including Slugga, Excel, Skroodle, and others. Tickets are $20 and the show starts at 7 p.m.
5. Vagina Monologues
At 6 p.m. Sunday, the American Stage Theater Company presents "The Vagina Monologues" by Eve Ensler, a "whirlwind tour of a forbidden zone" with divergent female voices. Part of the company's "After Hours" series. Tickets are $15.
