Bella Brava Makes for a Simple Indulgence

Aside from their culinary masterpieces, Bella Brava offers simplistic plates.

For a quick bite or a simple meal, stop in to Bella Brava on Beach Drive. Of course the kitchen offers full on, Italian treasures but for me, less is more.

The ornate selections at Bella Brava like the Pulled Short Rib Ragu or the Trattoria Lasagna are enticing and certifiably delicious. But this week, I was craving something a little less traditional.

I ordered the Mozarella Frito for $6.99. The plate is an appetizer portion of flash fried and breaded mozarella. A delightful pomodoro sauce is served on the side for dipping.

To make it a meal, I ordered the Bella Brava House Salad ($4.99), which comes with romaine, radicchio, spinach, olives and tomatoes. The combination was suiting and I was sure it would be the best thing I ate all week.

So, the next time you visit your favorite restaurant, think outside the menu and create your own entree!
