Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Homicide Unit is searching for information on Kelly L. Rothwell's disappearance. According to homicide detectives, Rothwell, 35, has been missing since Saturday, March 12.
Detectives began investigating Rothwell's disappearance on Sunday morning. Deputies went to check on Rothwell's welfare at her Indian Rocks Beach residence where she lives with her boyfriend, David R. Perry, 47. Rothwell is a police cadet who has been training in St. Petersburg. Read more
