Morean Arts Center, ARTpool Dominate Saturday's Art Walk
Art lovers gather on the second Saturday of each month to support local talent. This month's Art Walk was an exciting one, with two very special events taking place on Central Ave.

It is no secret that downtown St. Petersburg is home to one of the state's most active art communities. Events that showcase local talent are a regular occurrence and dozens of galleries line Central Ave., from the waterfront to the Grand Central District.
On the second Saturday of each month, the galleries unite and invite visitors to stop in during the Art Walk.
This month's highlights were the opening of the "Leave a Message" exhibit at the Morean Arts Center and the "True Love" art show at the ARTpool Gallery. The two events, though blocks apart, were show stoppers.
"Leave a Message" will be on display at the Morean until August 19th while ARTpool will be open for St. Pete Pride on June 30th.
