There's something peculiar here. According to the Congressional website, my address is located in Bill Young's district; according to the Pinellas precinct site, my representative is now Castor--in another district....

A little research confirms the shift. In order to make Young's district safer for him, the Republican politicians in Tallahassee have made "donut holes" in the middle of both St. Pete and Clearwater bigger--leaving him with the (probably richer) folks along the beach and shoreline and concentrating more of the (probably Democratic) folks into Castor's district.
