Tuesday night, Comedy Central's 'The Colbert Report' once again decided to profile St. Pete's mystery monkey — Cornelius. The rhesus macaque monkey was relocated to the Pasco County Zoo after being caught last year.

they called and wanted to send a reporter to interview us. i knew the colbert report would just treat us like fools and put down the whole tampa bay area. so i turned them down. we enjoyed mr monk here for 15 months. and i have great pics and video. i miss going out with my coffee each morning and grunting back and forth with him about the world and our walks together in the woods. good luck mr monk (cornelius)
