Filmmakers and those interested in filmmaking (whether writers, editors, producers, or other crew) are invited to this get-together to learn more about the 48-Hour Film Project, which occurs the weekend of July 20 through 22.

The winning film will be screened at Muvico Centro Ybor in Tampa at the end of July and will go on to compete with other films worldwide, organizers say.

Registration for the project costs $140 per team on or before June 25. Tonight's food and drink is priced separately.
