Halfacre Construction VP Elected President of Enterprise Charlotte

Halfacre Construction Vice President Andy Stultz has been elected President of the Enterprise Charlotte Economic Development Council. Stultz, who has led several multi million dollar construction projects for Halfacre Construction in Charlotte County, joined the Lakewood Ranch based commercial construction firm in 2007. He has served on the Enterprise Charlotte Board of Directors for five years. The Enterprise Charlotte Economic Council is a 501(c) (6) investor-driven organization established to provide a funding vehicle for businesses to invest in the long-term economic vitality of Charlotte County. The Council partners with the Charlotte County Economic Development Office in recruiting diversified, high impact industries to Charlotte County.

Andy Stultz earned his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designation in 2008.  His construction experience and knowledge allow him to excel as a project manager and bring value to the preconstruction process. He has extensive skills at managing complex projects and working with the owners to develop a successful outcome. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
