The Siesta Key model is one of three new floorplans the Lakewood Ranch based builder will unveil at The Inlets, with 22-foot high ceilings and an island coastal design theme. It features 3,008 square feet with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms plus a den.
“The Siesta Key and our other new floorplans here will have a light airy feel to highlight this ideal waterfront location,” said Randy Turkovics, president of building for John Neal Homes. “Homeowners can personalize these floorplans with our design team to reflect their specific needs and lifestyle, and all homes here will be able to have boat docks in their backyards,” he said. The Siesta Key model will open this June.
