Does NSA Spying Go Too Far?: The National Security Agency’s actions in the war on terrorism are increasingly coming under fire. Even with a government shutdown under way, the Senate Judiciary Committee has been probing the agency to find out if it’s been abusing powers by spying not only on suspected terrorists, but also Americans. The most recent admission from the agency involves cellphone tracking. It seems the agency admits to testing whether it could track Americans’ cellphone locations, according to the Huffington Post. Wet Weather Possible: It looks like the break from wet weather might be coming to an end. The National Weather Service says we have about a 30 percent chance of storms today, Oct. 4, in both the daytime and evening hours. Storms are expected to be scattered throughout the Bay area. On the upside, the high shouldn’t break that 90-degree mark.
