Football Video Captures Mid-Air Power Play Between Bald Eagle, Osprey
The video, which aired Wednesday on 'Right This Minute,' was supposed to be about a football camp in St. Pete. It captured instead some amazing athleticism from two birds of prey.
The TV show "Right This Minute" featured this YouTube video Wednesday shot in St. Petersburg from the Kohl's Football Kicking Camp at Admiral Farragut Academy.
As the kid punts the ball, keep an eye on the two birds. It's a bald eagle and an Osprey. Apparently the bald eagle stole a fish from the Osprey's nest in the stadium, and the two were fighting over it. You'll see one of the birds actually recovering the fish in midair after the bald eagle lets go of it. See any potential recruits for the NFL's Eagles team here?
