St. Pete Bus Route Changes

Bus Route 52 is changing times to better accommodate passengers.

St. Pete bus riders, effective Sunday, Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority Route 52 bus schedule has been changed to better accommodate the increased ridership on the route.

Due to budget constraints, no additional trips are being added; however, the scheduled times are being adjusted to provide more accurate and reliable arrival and departure times, according to a PTSA news release.

The second highest ridership in Pinellas' bus system, the popular Route 52 travels between Williams Park in downtown St. Petersburg and Park Street Terminal in downtown Clearwater.

Along the way it serves Grand Central Station, Shoppes at Park Place, the Pinellas County Criminal Justice Center, Tri-City Plaza, and Imperial Palms. In the future, the transit authority hopes to increase service along this route with the assistance of a service development grant.

New timetables are available at PSTA’s Customer Service Centers, on board the Route 52 buses, via mail, and in digital form at www.PSTA.net.
