Old Northeast-Downtown St. Pete  See map

St. Petersburg Preservation presents this roughly 90-minute tour of downtown history and architecture, starting at Central Cafe & Organics and ending at The Ale & The Witch.

See some of the best of downtown's 1920's boom-era architecture, find out how a small town at the turn of the century created one of the largest waterfront parks in the country, and hear stories about how sunshine, bathing beauties and sports were used to market St. Pete as a destination, organizers say.
