All About Beer Magazine’s World Beer Festival produced by Three Zebras Entertainment is proud to announce it is coming to St. Petersburg Coliseum in St. Petersburg, Florida for the very first time on Saturday, September 22, 2012!  Forbes.com, USA Today, Wired Magazine, and idcocktails.com claimed this World Beer Festival as one of the premier beer events in the country.  The World Beer Festival is a celebration of the beer culture.  It offers festival goers the ability to taste and sample craft and specialty beers from local, regional, national & global breweries and to also have the opportunity to discuss the beer with brewers and knowledgeable servers.  Festival goers will get to experience the Art of Beer Education Area where they will be able to enjoy beer seminars & exhibits from nationally recognized beer authors & experts on how to brew beer, food & beer, beer history & other beer education sessions.  We are very excited to announce Gerard Walen, founder and owner of beerinflorida.com and editor of roadtripsforbeer.com will be one of our guest speakers.  “I am excited that the World Beer Festival is bringing their event to St. Petersburg, Florida, I am especially eager to be a part of it and helping to spread the word about Florida’s craft beer scene” says Gerard Walen.   We are also very excited to have Sean Nordquist as a guest speaker at the festival as well.  “I am honored to be invited to represent the craft beer lovers of St. Petersburg at the World Beer Festival.  With so much happening in St. Pete, Pinellas County, and Tampa Bay, we are at a golden age of craft beer in Florida.  I feel very fortunate to be in the middle of it all” says Sean Nordquist.  Sean Nordquist is a freelance beer writer in St. Petersburg, Florida.  He is a regular contributor to Creative Loafing's Food & Drink section, and the founder and owner of BeerfortheDaddy.com.   Festival goers will also enjoy live music from local musicians while tasting many of the newest and the best beers in the world!  Tickets are on sale now at www.worldbeerfestival.com.  Ticket holders must be 21 years old and over.
