St. Pete has a new CrossFit 727 location in the basement of the Kress building on the corner of Fifth Street and Central Avenue.
A grand opening for the space will take place this Friday, July 12 at 6 p.m. All are welcome.
CrossFit utilizes body weight exercises and cardio intervals to build stamina, strength, power and endurance.
