St Pete Brasserie to Close

St. Pete Brasserie, located at 533 Central Ave., will not be taking reservations this weekend. It will be first come, first served.

Sad news for St. Petersburg food lovers, St. Pete Brasserie announced on Facebook Wednesday that it would close its doors for good Saturday.

"It breaks my heart to say this, but after nearly four years, we will be closing our doors for the last time this Saturday, September the 28," wrote St. Pete Brasserie owner Justin Chamoun. "The rain this week seems very fitting for such a sad time for all of us here at the Brasserie. We have all enjoyed getting to know many of you over the years. It has been amazing to have such a loyal following and to see so many of you so often."

Although the end is near, we are ready for one last amazing weekend of celebration with all of you," Chamoun wrote.
