For the third year in a row, Power Design has been named as a finalist in the Tampa Bay Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay Competition

Power Design, Inc. is proud to announce that it has again been recognized as a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay. This nomination identifies and honors companies that understand the value of their employees, and we are proud to be receiving this award for three years in a row and as a four-time finalist.

Power Design has achieved this distinction due to the employee survey that you filled out which measured 10 key engagement categories, focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

“We are honored to again receive this recognition for our workplace and culture,” said Marlene Velez, director of human resources. “This award is a reflection of our employees who take pride in our company, culture, values and mission.”
