Enthusiasm, passion and experience have been the foundation of Jeff Arrendale’s 30+ years as a licensed real estate agent.  Prior to joining Coastal Properties Group, he was a Broker’s Associate at Keller Williams Gulfside Realty. Before moving to the Clearwater Beach area in 2009, he gained 25 years of Healthcare Clinical, Operations, and Sales experience in multi-faceted Healthcare Organizations. Raised by two realtors, he always knew it was his destiny to sell real estate.  Being an accomplished & dedicated professional with 30 years experience in Real Estate has given Jeff invaluable knowledge and understanding of the industry, which his clients can rely on when buying or selling their home.
