1. Crafty Fest at Indie Market

On Saturday and Sunday at the Crafty Fest, enjoy indie art, handmade craft, etsy sellers, vintage clothing, antiques, retro furniture, vinyl records and much more. The fest is from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday at ArtPool Gallery, 2030 Central Ave. Admission is free. 

2. Tampa Bay Rays

This weekend marks what could be the last time to see the Rays at home this year. On Friday, the Blue Jays will take on the Rays at Tropicana Field y at 7:10 p.m. The Rays wind up the Toronto series with two remaining games, Saturday at 7:10 p.m. and Sunday at 1:40 pm. 

3. Hysteria at American Stage

This weekend, head to American Stage Theater to see Hysteria. The play, according to a news release, is a fantastical farce based on a stunning historical meeting between Sigmund Freud and Salvador Dalí. The setting is London in 1938, where Hysteria springs from Freud’s fanciful mind as he juggles unexpected visits to his home by the famous surrealist painter Dalí and a mysterious young woman named Jessica. The shows are at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. There is a Sunday matinee at 3 p.m. Tickets are $49 for the evening shows and $39 for the matinee. 

4. Alcoholic Cupcake Contest

This Sunday at Durty Nelly's Sunday in downtown St. Petersburg, the bar will be taking a cupcake contest and turning it on its head. At 6 p.m. it will host an alcoholic cupcake contest. According to the bar, "This is a competition for the best Booze infused cupcake." Tastings start at 6 p.m. and judging is at 7 p.m. Winners will be announced at 8 p.m.

5. World Beer Festival

At the Coliseum this Saturday, you can enjoy some fresh brews at the World Beer Festival. The beer tasting begins at noon and goes until 4 p.m. Tickets purchased in advance are $40 and $50 the day of. To buy tickets, you can do so online
