Historic Kenwood BungalowFest Home Tour

BungalowFest Tour of Homes and Artists Performances:  Saturday, November 2 from 10 AM to 4 P.M. 2900-3rd. Ave.N., 33713

Saturday BungalowFest Tour of Homes:• Home tours featuring some of the best examples of architecture in Historic Kenwood. 9 homes will open.• Guided Trolley tour provided for convenience. Tour may be self-guided too. • Booklet provided with tour homes and descriptions• Artists booklet available for review at ticket booth• Highlighted homes include newly refurbished homes; newly built homes using the most up to date "Ecofriendly" building material; homes in mid renovation; historic bungalows and Mediterranean revivals surrounding the park. • Tour also features scheduled performances throughout the day including synchronized swimming; chainsaw art; St. Pete Opera; Violin concertos; historical reenactments• Tickets are $15 in advance and available at Craftsman House, online or directly from a board member. Tickets are $20 day of.
