2 TBSP. OREGANO
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA, ADD OLIVE OIL & VINEGAR AND STIR. ADD OREGANO AND SALT & PEPPER AND MIX REAL GOOD.
PLACE SARAN WRAP OVER TOP AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR A FEW HOURS UNTIL REAL COLD.
OPTIONS: YOU CAN ADD BLACK OLIVES.
