I’ve been meaning to blog this recipe for weeks. Why? Well, probably because I’m newly obsessed and have been making these on a weekly basis for about a month now.
My obsession with sweet potato fries isn’t new, just the obsession with this recipe. In fact, I get sweet potato fries every chance I get. My favorite of all time? The sweet potato fries at Three Birds Tavern! Uh-mazing.
Health Benefits
Sweet potato- excellent source of vitamins B & C, good source of magnesium and potassium, high in beta carotene.
Sea salt-less processed than table salt, has alkalizing properties and is helpful for a strong immune system
Fresh sweet potato fries seasoned only with sea salt are perfect. But at home, the answer to making something awesome even more awesome is truffle oil. Therefore I give you truffle oil sweet potato fries- heaven. I just love the parts that slightly burn…so much flavor!
Make these fries with your next burger. Or just sit down to a big old bowl of them. Your choice.
