Get on Board with Greenlight Pinellas

Greenlight Pinellas will bring the future of public transit to Pinellas County. A light rail line is proposed from Clearwater to St. Petersburg with a projected ridership of 24,000 every day. Just think of it: 24,000 less cars traveling the county every day. Similar light rail lines have been built around the country reducing traffic congestion, improving air quality, and spurring economic development. Many jobs will be created and businesses will benefit as transportation options increase throughout the county.

Of course there is more to Greenlight Pinellas then light rail. Bus services will increase by 65%, and weekend and night service will increase by 80%. As bus services and routes expand, ridership will increase and further reduce traffic congestion and air pollution. Get on board with Greenlight Pinellas.
