Salmon Club Satisfies at the Oyster Bar

As local residents, we all have our own opinions about where to go for good food. I like to explore new options when they arrive, but I just can’t get enough of the Central Ave. Oyster Bar.
Where else can you order off of a menu that offers anything from Blue Cheese Oysters to a Buffalo Chicken Salad?
This week, I ordered the Salmon Club Sandwich ($9.95). Although it was not what I was expecting (seared instead of fully cooked), I was pleasantly surprised by its flavor. The sandwich was served on Ciabatta with bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayo. Combined with the side of the Oyster Bar’s infamous crispy fries, the club sandwich was satisfying and filling.
