Have You Seen this Man? Police Search for Bank Robbery Suspect

The robbery happened at the Fifth Third Bank, 2201 66th St. N., in St. Petersburg on Tuesday morning.

St. Petersburg Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a bank robbery suspect. 

According to police, a man walked into the Fifth Third Bank at 2201 66th St. N. Tuesday morning and "presented a note threatening the teller and demanding money."

After receiving an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled. 

Police said no weapon was seen. 

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 40s who is 's, 5'2" and 140 lbs. Police said he was wearing a black and gray polo shirt, gray shorts and a black cap with the words "Security" on the front.

No getaway vehicle was seen, police.
