Inmate Exposed Himself to Children During Jail Visitation, Authorities Say

The St. Petersburg man already was serving jail time for aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer.

A 19-year-old St. Petersburg man serving time in the Pinellas County Jail faces additional charges for allegedly masturbating in front of children during a visitation Sunday.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Javaris Johnson has been charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition in connection to the jail incident.

The incident allegedly occurred during a video visitation session and lasted for about a minute.

Johnson was sentenced to a year in jail in March for aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer and other charges.
