High Rise Sells for $20 Million in Downtown St. Pete

The 17-story office tower has water views. The new owners are looking for an anchor tenant and plan to offer naming rights.

A 17-story office tower at 150 Second Ave. North in downtown St. Pete has sold for $20 million.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that he former Wells Fargo office plaza has been purchased by Feldman Equities, Tower Realty Partners and Second City Capital Partners.

The group also partnered to buy the City Center office building in 2011, with occupancy now near 100 percent.
