I'd just like to attest to the fact that I have seen firsthand the benefits of Yoga. When my "better half" is taking it serious - just a completely different ball game in terms of mental, physical, and spiritual health. More energy. Focused. Flexible. Flexible. Posture. State of mind. "We should eat the color of the rainbow everyday!" (Ok!) "Get up and watch the sunrise with me!" (Ok!) It really completes her. We're eating more food than ever and she's lost 15lbs. Don't ask, but I'm happy.

Jack, that's really wonderful that you can acknowledge these positive changes in your partner and attribute them to the many benefits of yoga. I hope that you too will try yoga with her because that will also bring joyful results to your relationship. Your first class at Awaken Yoga is on me! There is no better place to practice yoga than in the beautiful shaded Oak Pavillion at Sunken Gardens!

I just paid $22.87 for an iPad2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $675 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, http://BuzzSave.com

Why are things like this never offered in the evening when people don't have to be on the job????
Vandana September 17, 2012 at 05:01 PM
Hello CJ, Unfortunately we cannot offer evening classes because Sunken Gardens is closed but there are classes on the weekends- Saturdays 10am -11:30 and Sundays 12pm-1:30pm in the gardens. We do offer evening classes on Mondays, Weds and Fridays at our affiliate location - Unity Campus. For a full schedule go to www.AYogaVillage.com and make sure you are on the Master Schedule and All Locations. Namaste, Vandana Dillon -
