KT Yoga for Kids teaches kids the 5,000-year-old science of yoga in the most amazing, fun and silly manner. Kids learn the tools for stress management in a way they can digest and in a way that is not boring!
This class is very active; we play games like "red light green light" yoga style, we use our feet to pick up pom poms, and we bark like doggies in downward dog. We also teach the importance of downtime. Yoga will be presented to the children in a way that helps them manage stress, lets them be a kid and have fun!
