Self-Defense Aerobic Karate

Exercise and learn how to protect yourself at the same time! Basic Goju-ryu (Japanese for "hard-soft style") exercises are performed on a cushioned floor to lessen impact on joints and help relieve chronic arthritis.

This class is open to all ages but geared toward those 55 and older. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and rubber-soled shoes. (Low-income participants and those over 65 may qualify for fee assistance.) Call for more information or to register.
