The Green Thumb Festival
The city's 26th annual Arbor Day celebration features more than 100 garden, plant and flower vendors and exhibitors. Enjoy educational programs, a flower show from the Garden Club of St. Petersburg, a plant diagnostic clinic, plant auction, garden tool sharpening, a garden railroad display, a food court, and entertainment.
Attendees also can get free pine seedlings and free mulch, plus purchase trees for as little as $3. There also will be fun for children, such as crafts and a children's plant fair until 3pm each day.
