Twitter Fight! Rays, Red Sox Trade Jabs After Rays Win

Rays tweet at Red Sox to change Fenway Park scoreboard. Red Sox jab at Rays fans. Do you think the tweets were out of line?

Following Monday night's controversial call at home plate, the Tampa Bay Rays walked out of Fenway Park in first place with a win against the Boston Red Sox.

After the game was over, though, the jabs were just beginning.

With the Rays a half game up on the Red Sox in the American League East standings, the scoreboard at Fenway still had the Red Sox on top of the division standing.

The Rays Twitter account tweeted at the Red Sox: "Dear @RedSox scoreboard operator - your standings are wrong. Yours truly, @RaysBaseball."

The Red Sox official Twitter account responded. "Don't worry @raysbaseball we look forward to seeing you in Tampa in September for our home games at the Trop."

We want to hear from you baseball fans. Were the Twitter jabs out of line? Good fun? Right?
