City of St. Petersburgs on going corruption!

Mayor Foster is aware of a homeless man living illegally in a hovel in our neighborhood, over 15 code violations are broken on a daily basis. The homeless man has been allowed by codes to carry on this unsanitary unsafe less then 100ft filthy hovel. The entire council is aware of it for the past few years. No one at the City of St. Petersburg gives hoot about that, but bill us more, and refuse to remove the homeless man allowing such behavior to continue is a travesty. Where do any of you think this homeless man goes to the bathroom, do tell , the middle of the alley or in a milk jug and throws it in the neighbors trash. Don't believe it, go to the alley behind 1742 Burlington Ave N. you'll see a bamboo gate, holler for C.J. if gates open he's home, yes it's home and has been for over 5 years. The home owner allows it also, you'll see why when you see the house, the homeless man is living like a dog, no access to the house or contact via the hovel to the home. No usage of the
