Homeless Equality

Mayor Foster has allowed a homeless man to live illegally in an alley in our neighborhood for over 4 years. Mayor Foster, City Council and countless other City Officials are aware of this and allow it to continue. The City of St. Petersburg and it's many City Officials have wasted thousands of Tax Payer Dollars to cover this up, and given this homeless man unprecedented favoritism, allowing the homeless man to live in a hovel, with a water spicket, and running electric, how did that ever get permitted? You can see for yourself. Just go to 1742 Burlington Ave N. Go to the alley behind the home, look for the bamboo gate, inside you'll find the homeless man sitting comfortably in a chair while drinking a beer. The homeless man lives there and has, sleeps right behind where he sits, it's a nasty, disgusting hovel. Unsafe and Unsanitary.
