Is the Homeless Man going to get another pass once Mayor Foster is re-elected!

Dear Mayor Foster,

We see after 5 years the Codes Dept. has finally decided to take action in regards to the homeless man living illegally in an alley in a hovel in our neighborhood. We've repeatedly asked why now? Is it because you hope to be re-elected to your post again as Mayor of our fine City? Once you've been re-elected you'll have the case closed as you did 5 times before. Is it due to 1750 Burlington Ave N. being rehab by Rutenburg, the citizens of the neighborhood where not enough of a reason to remove this unsanitary, unsafe situation, but Rutenburg has big money and will donate to your run for re-election? That's it isn't it?

You've never admitted to the homeless man living in our neighborhood. Seems as if there are other citizens that see it our way.

If you happen to be re-elected to office, we're sure you'll have the case closed like you did the other cases before this one.... Make sure all of you look at 1742 Burlington Ave N. On the City's code's website and you'll see for your self..... www.stpete.org/codes/ actiononline middle of the page half way down... Search the codes data base by house address...

That should answer a lot of the ?'s we all have... Mayor Foster the Patch is wonderful way for the Citizens to write about you and your henchmen's' constant corruption of the fine Citizens of St. Petersburg...

P.S. Evan how was Halloween in your neighborhood? We had 4 air pellet canisters in our front yard... How did you and the family fair over there....
