Kennedy for Council Know the Truth Before you Vote for Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy, My family and I have spoke in City Council, you Sir sat on the Council when my wife and I spoke about the homeless man allowed by the City to live in a hovel in an alley in our neighborhood. You did nothing Sir, and you've done nothing to date about this unsanitary and unsafe situation. The homeless man has no bathroom and no way to cook his meals. The City has allowed the homeless man to remain in the filthy hovel for over 5 years now. 1742 Burlington Ave N. alley behind house with bamboo gate is where the homeless man resides. Just hollar C.J. and he'll answer. The City including City Attorney's, Mayor Foster and the current council are all aware of this homeless man allowed to live in our neighborhood. We have video of the council meetings we attended, where we spoke passionately about how this affects our neighborhood in a negative way. Still all of you did nothing. You've allowed Mayor Foster to bully us and use his power in an abusive way. Mayor Foster is covering for Congressman Rouson and the drug deal he did in our neighborhood. Congressman Rouson admitted this to Mjr. Carron with the St. Petersburg Police Dept. Mjr. Carron sent out officer Levi Newton to view the video of Congressman Rouson. As soon as it was seen by officer Levi Newton the cover up began. That resulted in Mayor Foster coming after us personally. Mayor Foster has used his office and abused his power of the Mayor's Office.

Still Mr. Kennedy, you do nothing. We must let the Citizens of St. Petersburg know about this homeless man and the City allowing him to live like an animal but the rest of us better follow the rules.
