St. Pete Bar Crawl for a Cause

Some downtown bars are participating in Saturday's event from 1-5 pm., which will raise funds for cancer research.

A bar crawl fundraiser? It's not as odd as it first sounds. In fact, there's one in St. Petersburg Saturday.

According to the Crawl for Cancer website, the evolution of the event started with a group of friends who wanted to make fundraising more fun.
