My brother and I called on New Years day at 5 o clock with little expectation of any watch maker to attend to us. To our surprise, however, the owner gladly welcomed us as his first customers of 2013 and we the watch was promptly fitted.

Called several local jewelry shops to see about getting a watch band sized. Two said since I did not buy it from them, there is a fee. They both said it with a serious attitude. I called A & M and he said come on down and I can get right to it. He also was kind enough to tell me where to park for free. Complicated watch band and the owner took his time, did an awesome job and it was less than I thought it would be! A true professional and small business owner. Save yourself the headache of going to a Jared...Northeast Jeweler, etc.
I am a new resident in the area and recently needed a quick watch fix (replace pin). Time, as it usually seems to be, was of the essence. After a google search and a look at some of the unanimously positive reviews, I chose A & M Watch Repair.
What a fantastic decision! I spoke to the owner directly over the phone. He was friendly, the price was reasonable, and he was prompt with service (watch repaired same day). I highly recommend this store for all of your watch related needs. Plus you will be supporting a local small business owner....always a plus in my book!

Harry has worked on a few Rolex watches for me and my wife throughout the years. I also know of friends who have their watches worked on by A&M. I need to mention that a number of Rolex dealers in the area have their repairs and modifications done by Harry. He is very very good and best of all his rates are very reasonable.
