Beware of Billing....
I called prior to making an appointment had the billing associate call my insurance company so I would know the charges. After 4 visits, I get a bill for $20.00, I called and spoke with the billing dept and she could not explain why I was charged 20.00 stating that PROBABLY was charged 40.00 for the first visit and I should call my insurance company. I explained that I had all this checked out prior, but she could not tell me why I was charged nor would she take that bill off. I wrote to the Dr. but after 2 weeks still have not heard back.
