We were unable to start our car. I made an online search and found Wilsey Auto Services in our neighborhood by yellow book. We called them they towed the car. Later my wife received a call, she was told that the starter needed to be replaced and charge was $515. I called our regular mechanic and he quoted me $245. I asked my wife to take the car to our mechanic. My wife was told that there would be $100 towing fee since we are not letting them replace the starter. Most surprising part was, we dropped the car to our regular shop, received a call from the mechanic, he said he run tests and THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STARTER. He changed terminals, cleaned corrosion on connections and charged us NOTHING. That's right, charged us NOTHING and he was extremely honest. Now the car runs with NO PROBLEM. The lady who claimed she was the owner LIED to us, tried to OVERCHARGE us and when we did not fall for her trick, she charge for towing fee which she was not supposed to. BBB complaint already filed. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST RIPPOFF PLACE!!!
