Like much of the rest of what's happening in the country, the rich are dividing up the spoils forRead More the rich. Those who can pay more will get more; those who cannot pay, will get nothing.

Net neutrality legislation is too broad and invasive. It needs to be rethought and rewritten so asRead More to not infringe on personal liberty. As written, it's a government grab of control.

This would not be the first time an obscure "preacher" tried to get some name recognitionRead More by making screwy charges. That and there's always some rag that will print that kind of junk. Come on Patch, try to raise the bar a bit. .. ... many say you can't do it .Are they right?

I would like to know how this idiot thinks that an organization can 'change' a young girl into beingRead More a lesbian. He is clearly very confused and has no basis for his absurd opinions.

Now Gordon, it's impolite to point out that this fellow is an idiot. My daddy taught me a lessonRead More that his apparently missed: It's infinitely better to keep ones mouth shut giving the impression that one is an idiot, rather than to speak out there-by proving the point.

A parting gift from Bill Young for re-electing him all those times. Too little too late, Bill.

In the end, nothing really happened except that about 800,000 govt employees got a paid vacation atRead More taxpayers expense. If you are a taxpayer, you already know how dysfunctional congress is, so it's no surprise.

MEDICARE RECIPIENTS BEWARE: Because 62% of the population qualify for a subsidy, one mightRead More logically question where the money will come from to pay for the subsidies. Jonathan Gruber, MIT economist, one of the architects of Obamacare (the ACA), says that, in part, the money will come from reduction and reorganization of spending under Medicare....reduction in reimbursements to private “Medicare Advantage” programs and reductions in Medicare reimbursement. There is where those on Medicare will be hit with the bill. NOTHING IS FREE.

So he scores Healthcare.gov as a winner over the pervious option and you chose to go withRead More "nightmare" in the title of this post? Interesting. Certainly the website is plagued with issues and it's a frustrating experience for those trying to get on and make plans for their future health care solutions, but painting it as a nightmare is BS. I dare any person throwing shade at the government over the healthcare.gov website to do better. Enterprise level web solutions are insanely difficult without all the intricacies of connecting to myriad other providers. I cannot even fathom how byzantine this solution is considering all the connections to third party APIs and such that are required.

well, if you can not in a year, set up a site to run correctly with only minor glitches, then thereRead More is a problem. They have had over a year to have this ready, so why are there so many problems? Its like our Government, it needs to be dismantled!
