ST PETERSBURG – The practice run is over. There's no turning back. The city flipped the switch Saturday, and now will go after the violators that its Red Light Robo Cop catches on film. For the past month, the Red Light Camera has been installed, clicking and flashing at key intersections every time a motorist ran a red. But no tickets were mailed. Nada! The free pass is over.
